EXPERIMENTAL ANALYSIS OF THRESHING MAIZE SEEDS WITH HIGH MOISTURE CONTENT

To address the problems of high breakage rates, entrainment losses and many unthreshed kernels when harvesting moisture content maize seeds, a seed threshing test was designed based on multifunctional harvester stand by this group.In order to determine optimum operating parameters unit, single-factor experiments orthogonal tests were carried out using drum speed, concave plate clearance feed rate as factors crushing rate, unthreshing entrained loss trash evaluation indicators.The combination obtained for at 32% 34% speed 346.55r/min, 44.39mm 9.739Kg/s.After repeated bench, results with 6.311% 0.187% 0.912% 4.251% impurity which point lowest other three met national standards.
